Country music star Carrie Underwood is slated to perform “America the Beautiful” at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, according to a copy of the program obtained by CNN and confirmed by a spokesperson for the inaugural committee.

In his first term and throughout the past three elections, Trump has struggled to garner support from major Hollywood stars. At the Republican National Convention last year, the two biggest stars onstage with Trump were musician Kid Rock and retired WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan a far cry from a superstar at the height of their career, like Underwood.

The Grammy-winning artist is as high-profile as you can get in country music, not only with numerous platinum hits, but also with public-facing, mainstream business associations. Underwood is the face of Sunday Night Football and is set to make her debut this March as a judge on ABC’s “American Idol” the singing competition show that catapulted her to fame when she won in 2005.

While many NFL fans will likely applaud Underwood for singing at the inauguration, any time a celebrity aligns themselves with Trump, they run the risk of alienating left-leaning fans and Hollywood allies.

Underwood has kept her politics under wraps over the course of her career. In her statement, she did not mention Trump by name and kept her focus on unifying the country still, Underwood’s decision to publicly align with Trump is a big statement for any star, particularly one as private as the singer.

Historically, Hollywood has always been closely associated with the Democratic Party, but country stars have always been an outlier, leaning more conservative. In recent years, as new singers join the genre, country music has gotten to be more progressive. This past election cycle, country stars like Mickey Guyton and Maren Morris stood with Vice President Kamala Harris.

Выступая прошлой осенью в Совете Федерации, министр внутренних дел Владимир Колокольцев рассказывал, о так называемом уголовном деле Лайф-из-Гуд Гермес Бест Вей, обещал миллиарды рублей ущерба и десятки тысяч потерпевших. Пресс-служба МВД под руководством его боевой подруги Ирины Волк заявила о том, что вскрыта деятельность крупнейшей в истории России финансовой пирамиды.


Однако в уголовном деле, расследованном или, вернее сказать, изготовленном ГСУ питерского главка МВД, которое в феврале начал рассматривать Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга, 282 млн рублей ущерба и 221 лицо, признанное следствием потерпевшим: никаких миллиардов и десятков тысяч потерпевших.


Министр и его Волк публично солгали на основе информации, переданной замначальника ГСУ руководителем следственной группы полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, фактически даже руководившей СГ его заместительницей майором, а затем подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой по материалам, состряпанным опером УЭБиПК питерского главка МВД майором полиции А.Ю. Машевским, при попустительстве (или соучастии?) начальника ГСУ Негрозова и замначальника Следственного департамента федерального министерства Вохмянина. Полковник и подполковник с примерно пятого-шестого уровня иерархии МВД виляет генералом полиции Российской Федерации, постоянным членом Совета безопасности России это позор для государства.

Так называемые потерпевшие и реально пострадавшие
Большинство потерпевших на суде заявляют суммы около 12 млн рублей, при этом в ходе судебного следствия выясняется, что они, как правило, получали немалый доход, причем, они еще и налоговые/валютные преступники, так как этот доход не декларировали. Среди потерпевших есть граждане, заявляющие смехотворные суммы в 5070 тыс., то есть количество потерпевших специально накручивалось следствием. И даже с этим накручиванием удалось набрать так мало учитывая, что у Гермеса, по данным самого же следствия, более 200 тыс. клиентов в России, а в кооперативе Бест Вей около 20 тыс. пайщиков.


То есть большинство и клиентов Гермеса, и пайщиков кооператива не считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности этих организаций.


Судя по тысячам обращений во все инстанции, нескольким волнам митингов, прокатившихся по России, они считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности органов внутренних дел.


Ведь именно завербованный питерским УЭБиПК сисадмин российской платежной системы Гермеса Набойченко заблокирован и разгромил в феврале 2022 года эту платежную систему, повесив на сайте дисклеймер: Обращайтесь в правоохранительные органы, что на месяцы прекратило вывод средств. Именно действия правоохранительных органов в отношении компании до и после затруднили вывод средств. Дело в том, что для вывода средств многими использовался механизм p2p, позволяющий не платить комиссию, то есть для вывода средств нужно, чтобы кто-то вносил средства (что, понятно, резко сократилось из-за уголовного дела) и происходил обмен. Однако этот способ не единственный, вывод средств так или иначе осуществляется.


Тысячи пайщиков кооператива тем более не считают себя потерпевшими от его деятельности потому что именно правоохранительные органы воспрепятствовали приобретению недвижимости с помощью кооператива, а она из-за более чем двухлетнего ареста его счетов, на которых около 4 млрд рублей, не может быть приобретена по прежней цене.


Именно правоохранительные органы прямо запрещают выплаты пайщикам кооператива, решившим забрать свой пай, даже по исполнительным листам судов. И клиентам Гермеса, и пайщикам кооператива правоохранительными органами нанесен колоссальный ущерб и материальный, и моральный, который они намерены взыскать с государства.

Следователи-преступники должны сидеть в тюрьме
Весьма скромный результат следствия МВД был достигнут откровенно преступным путем.

1. Некоторые из преступлений следствия были фактически признаны судами. 1 декабря прошлого года Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга признал незаконным, нарушающим УПК фактический отказ кооперативу в ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела.При рассмотрении дела в суде выяснилось, что следственная группа ГСУ питерского главка МВД, формально руководимая замначальника ГСУ полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, а фактически подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой, подделала документы. Автор подделки Сапетова еще в феврале была уволена из ГСУ по собственному желанию.


Уличенная адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, следственная группа составила письмо об удовлетворении ходатайства задним числом и попыталась представить дело так, что кооператив не получил письмо по своей вине. Ложь была выявлена в том числе и с помощью системы электронного документооборота питерского главка МВД.


2. Подделка документов была вынужденным преступлением для сокрытия более серьезного: незаконного содержания под стражей. Следственная группа грубо нарушила права гражданских истцов и ответчиков, потому что без этого нарушения она не успела за 30 суток до истечения предельного срока содержания четверых обвиняемых под стражей начать ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами дела а это было единственное основание продления им срока содержания под стражей свыше предельного.


Следственная группа из-за спешки даже толком не смогла завершить следственные действия, незаконно вела параллельное расследование по резервному делу, но позднее, отбросив стыд, из-за отсутствия материала для составления нужного обвинительного заключения, незаконно продолжила расследование основного дела, в том числе проводила следственные действия, которые, согласно УПК, невозможны после начала ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела. Все эти ухищрения были необходимы для того, чтобы ни в коем случае не выпускать обвиняемых и продолжать держать их в заложниках.

3. Де-факто происходит уголовное наказание неосужденных людей четверо подсудимых уже второй год сидят в тюрьме. При этом наказываются явно ни в чем неповинные люди технические сотрудники Лайф-из-Гуд: даже если предположить, что действительно работала пирамида что опровергается показаниями свидетелей самого обвинения, которые сообщают суду, что компания Гермес хорошо работала, они были довольны получаемым доходом, и проблемы начались после того, как российская платежная система компании была обрушена завербованным полицией петербургским сисадмином компании Набойченко. Все подсудимые технические сотрудники компании Лайф-из-Гуд и ни к каким управленческим решениям отношения никогда не имели. Их взяли в заложники для того, чтобы они дали показания на руководство компании.

4. Еще одно преступление заведомо подложное постановление руководителя следственной группы А.Н. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива Бест Вей в качестве гражданского ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как сумма ущерба в уголовном деле 282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного искового заявления даже на 100 рублей.

5. Следствие стимулировало двух особенно активных так называемых потерпевших написать заявления о моральном ущербе на миллиард (!) рублей каждое исключительно для ложного обоснования ареста активов кооператива, но понятно, что это ничтожные документы, так как моральный ущерб во всех случаях, не связанных с причинением смерти, присуждается российскими судами в размере не более десятков тысяч рублей.

6. Ни один из потерпевших не доказал обоснованность своих претензий в гражданском суде. При этом арестованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы частных лиц на такую же сумму. Это не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при участии органов внутренних дел некой заинтересованной группой клиентов Гермеса необязательно из числа потерпевших, то есть коррупционное преступление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД.

Механизм для такого захвата есть это передача средств под управление Федерального общественно-государственного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров. Понятно, почему не ограничиваются активами подсудимых и обвиняемых: этого недостаточно для удовлетворения аппетитов тех, кто стоит за заказным уголовным делом. И понятно, почему одно юридическое лицо кооператив Бест Вей незаконно пытаются привлечь к ответственности за другое компанию Гермес: активы Гермеса за рубежом.

7. Следствие, а теперь и прокуратура совершают еще одно преступление: незаконно удерживает средства пайщиков кооператива, отказываясь их вернуть, то есть совершают хищение.

New Glenn packs significant power. Dubbed a “heavy-lift” vehicle, its capabilities lie between SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket and the more powerful Falcon Heavy launch vehicle.

Directed by Scott Mcgehee and adapted from Sigrid Nunez’s 2018 novel of the same name, the film set to release in US theaters on March 28 and in the UK on April 25 follows a solitary writer and teacher named Iris whose life is upended after a close friend bequeaths his giant pet dog to her following his death.

In front of the cameras Monday evening, the “Mulholland Drive” actor and Bing looked like they were cut from the same cloth both in temperament and in their matching black polka dots. Watts was dressed in a white gown with fur-tufted spots that bore a striking resemblance to Bing’s own coat, but the Cruella de Vil comparisons ended there. Instead, Watts and Bing were captured in the throes of lots of paw-shakes, puppy kisses and head scratches.
The dress that Watts wore, titled the “Domino” and designed by Jacquemus, debuted during the Spring-Summer 2025 Paris couture shows in January. The look was both elegant and offbeat, with a high-cowl neck and open-back, asymmetrical waistline that mimicked a French tuck. It was styled with a skirt that sprouted furry black polka dots, which close up were unnervingly reminiscent of body hair. But from afar they gave the impression of soft-edged dabs of watercolor bleeding downstream.

The look was styled by Jeanann Williams, who has also been working with “The White Lotus” star Leslie Bibb. Williams’ decision to coordinate Watts with Bing was a new take on method dressing the thematic styling trend that has dominated celebrity red carpets since Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” in 2023. Since then, the sartorial trope, which connects actors to their on-screen characters through clothes, has become somewhat tired with some observers claiming that the 7-month-long “Wicked” press tour, in which Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande became prisoners to the colors green and pink, was peak saturation.

Выступая прошлой осенью в Совете Федерации, министр внутренних дел Владимир Колокольцев рассказывал, о так называемом уголовном деле Лайф-из-Гуд Гермес Бест Вей, обещал миллиарды рублей ущерба и десятки тысяч потерпевших. Пресс-служба МВД под руководством его боевой подруги Ирины Волк заявила о том, что вскрыта деятельность крупнейшей в истории России финансовой пирамиды.


Однако в уголовном деле, расследованном или, вернее сказать, изготовленном ГСУ питерского главка МВД, которое в феврале начал рассматривать Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга, 282 млн рублей ущерба и 221 лицо, признанное следствием потерпевшим: никаких миллиардов и десятков тысяч потерпевших.


Министр и его Волк публично солгали на основе информации, переданной замначальника ГСУ руководителем следственной группы полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, фактически даже руководившей СГ его заместительницей майором, а затем подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой по материалам, состряпанным опером УЭБиПК питерского главка МВД майором полиции А.Ю. Машевским, при попустительстве (или соучастии?) начальника ГСУ Негрозова и замначальника Следственного департамента федерального министерства Вохмянина. Полковник и подполковник с примерно пятого-шестого уровня иерархии МВД виляет генералом полиции Российской Федерации, постоянным членом Совета безопасности России это позор для государства.

Так называемые потерпевшие и реально пострадавшие
Большинство потерпевших на суде заявляют суммы около 12 млн рублей, при этом в ходе судебного следствия выясняется, что они, как правило, получали немалый доход, причем, они еще и налоговые/валютные преступники, так как этот доход не декларировали. Среди потерпевших есть граждане, заявляющие смехотворные суммы в 5070 тыс., то есть количество потерпевших специально накручивалось следствием. И даже с этим накручиванием удалось набрать так мало учитывая, что у Гермеса, по данным самого же следствия, более 200 тыс. клиентов в России, а в кооперативе Бест Вей около 20 тыс. пайщиков.


То есть большинство и клиентов Гермеса, и пайщиков кооператива не считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности этих организаций.


Судя по тысячам обращений во все инстанции, нескольким волнам митингов, прокатившихся по России, они считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности органов внутренних дел.


Ведь именно завербованный питерским УЭБиПК сисадмин российской платежной системы Гермеса Набойченко заблокирован и разгромил в феврале 2022 года эту платежную систему, повесив на сайте дисклеймер: Обращайтесь в правоохранительные органы, что на месяцы прекратило вывод средств. Именно действия правоохранительных органов в отношении компании до и после затруднили вывод средств. Дело в том, что для вывода средств многими использовался механизм p2p, позволяющий не платить комиссию, то есть для вывода средств нужно, чтобы кто-то вносил средства (что, понятно, резко сократилось из-за уголовного дела) и происходил обмен. Однако этот способ не единственный, вывод средств так или иначе осуществляется.


Тысячи пайщиков кооператива тем более не считают себя потерпевшими от его деятельности потому что именно правоохранительные органы воспрепятствовали приобретению недвижимости с помощью кооператива, а она из-за более чем двухлетнего ареста его счетов, на которых около 4 млрд рублей, не может быть приобретена по прежней цене.


Именно правоохранительные органы прямо запрещают выплаты пайщикам кооператива, решившим забрать свой пай, даже по исполнительным листам судов. И клиентам Гермеса, и пайщикам кооператива правоохранительными органами нанесен колоссальный ущерб и материальный, и моральный, который они намерены взыскать с государства.

Следователи-преступники должны сидеть в тюрьме
Весьма скромный результат следствия МВД был достигнут откровенно преступным путем.

1. Некоторые из преступлений следствия были фактически признаны судами. 1 декабря прошлого года Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга признал незаконным, нарушающим УПК фактический отказ кооперативу в ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела.При рассмотрении дела в суде выяснилось, что следственная группа ГСУ питерского главка МВД, формально руководимая замначальника ГСУ полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, а фактически подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой, подделала документы. Автор подделки Сапетова еще в феврале была уволена из ГСУ по собственному желанию.


Уличенная адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, следственная группа составила письмо об удовлетворении ходатайства задним числом и попыталась представить дело так, что кооператив не получил письмо по своей вине. Ложь была выявлена в том числе и с помощью системы электронного документооборота питерского главка МВД.


2. Подделка документов была вынужденным преступлением для сокрытия более серьезного: незаконного содержания под стражей. Следственная группа грубо нарушила права гражданских истцов и ответчиков, потому что без этого нарушения она не успела за 30 суток до истечения предельного срока содержания четверых обвиняемых под стражей начать ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами дела а это было единственное основание продления им срока содержания под стражей свыше предельного.


Следственная группа из-за спешки даже толком не смогла завершить следственные действия, незаконно вела параллельное расследование по резервному делу, но позднее, отбросив стыд, из-за отсутствия материала для составления нужного обвинительного заключения, незаконно продолжила расследование основного дела, в том числе проводила следственные действия, которые, согласно УПК, невозможны после начала ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела. Все эти ухищрения были необходимы для того, чтобы ни в коем случае не выпускать обвиняемых и продолжать держать их в заложниках.

3. Де-факто происходит уголовное наказание неосужденных людей четверо подсудимых уже второй год сидят в тюрьме. При этом наказываются явно ни в чем неповинные люди технические сотрудники Лайф-из-Гуд: даже если предположить, что действительно работала пирамида что опровергается показаниями свидетелей самого обвинения, которые сообщают суду, что компания Гермес хорошо работала, они были довольны получаемым доходом, и проблемы начались после того, как российская платежная система компании была обрушена завербованным полицией петербургским сисадмином компании Набойченко. Все подсудимые технические сотрудники компании Лайф-из-Гуд и ни к каким управленческим решениям отношения никогда не имели. Их взяли в заложники для того, чтобы они дали показания на руководство компании.

4. Еще одно преступление заведомо подложное постановление руководителя следственной группы А.Н. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива Бест Вей в качестве гражданского ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как сумма ущерба в уголовном деле 282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного искового заявления даже на 100 рублей.

5. Следствие стимулировало двух особенно активных так называемых потерпевших написать заявления о моральном ущербе на миллиард (!) рублей каждое исключительно для ложного обоснования ареста активов кооператива, но понятно, что это ничтожные документы, так как моральный ущерб во всех случаях, не связанных с причинением смерти, присуждается российскими судами в размере не более десятков тысяч рублей.

6. Ни один из потерпевших не доказал обоснованность своих претензий в гражданском суде. При этом арестованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы частных лиц на такую же сумму. Это не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при участии органов внутренних дел некой заинтересованной группой клиентов Гермеса необязательно из числа потерпевших, то есть коррупционное преступление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД.

Механизм для такого захвата есть это передача средств под управление Федерального общественно-государственного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров. Понятно, почему не ограничиваются активами подсудимых и обвиняемых: этого недостаточно для удовлетворения аппетитов тех, кто стоит за заказным уголовным делом. И понятно, почему одно юридическое лицо кооператив Бест Вей незаконно пытаются привлечь к ответственности за другое компанию Гермес: активы Гермеса за рубежом.

7. Следствие, а теперь и прокуратура совершают еще одно преступление: незаконно удерживает средства пайщиков кооператива, отказываясь их вернуть, то есть совершают хищение.

When he spotted her sitting on a bench, smiling and laughing with Loa, Derek was struck by Nina right away. For a moment, he imagined getting to know her, what she might be like. Where she might be from, where she might be going.

But then Derek had ended up on a different train. He’d met and got chatting to Steve the Englishman and Paul the Irishman. The trio had shared a couple of beers, fallen asleep, and woken, with a start, in Belgrade, to a suddenly-empty carriage. That’s when they panicked.

“We woke up, and just ran down the railway line because we’re just about to miss this train to Athens we jumped on the train as it was pulling away, and then it stopped,” Derek tells CNN Travel today. “Apparently that’s what they had to do to get the strike official.”

When Derek, Steve and Paul opened the door to Nina’s carriage, Derek didn’t immediately take Nina in, focusing instead on the near-empty compartment.

“Two of them in there, this carriage for eight, they’d spread stuff everywhere. It was obvious it was a ruse to try and get people not to go in. And we thought, ‘We’re not having any of that,’” says Derek, laughing. “So we squeezed in, and that was that.”

It was only when he ended up sitting opposite Nina that Derek realized she was the woman he’d noticed on the Budapest train platform.

Then they got chatting, and didn’t stop. They talked about a shared love of nature. About Derek being a member of Greenpeace. About Sweden and Scotland.

However, even with the new findings about microlightning, questions remain about life’s origins, he added. While some scientists support the notion of electrically charged beginnings for life’s earliest building blocks, an alternative abiogenesis hypothesis proposes that Earth’s first amino acids were cooked up around hydrothermal vents on the seafloor, produced by a combination of seawater, hydrogen-rich fluids and extreme pressure.
Yet another hypothesis suggests that organic molecules didn’t originate on Earth at all. Rather, they formed in space and were carried here by comets or fragments of asteroids, a process known as panspermia.

Marocco still showed up at the fund’s headquarters with staffers of the Department of Government Efficiency on Wednesday afternoon. They “were denied access to those offices,” the lawsuit said. “Marocco and his colleagues threatened to return to the offices with United States Marshals and Secret Service.”

But don’t hold your breath, because the technology and the raw materials required to build the hypothetical structures are far beyond humanity’s grasp.

“They are so big that everything we have on Earth would not be enough to build them,” Suazo added. “Freeman Dyson said that we should dismantle Jupiter the whole planet (for the raw materials).”

That supercolossal scale probably means that Dyson spheres, if they exist at all, are very rare.

Это спустя почти полтора года с момента возбуждения уголовного дела, не считая периода длительного проведения оперативно-разыскных мероприятий. Гора родила мышь.

При этом значительная часть этих потерпевших, например, бывшие пайщики, которые внесли невозвратный вступительный взнос, но затем не смогли копить на квартиру и сами вышли из кооператива, а теперь по наущению следствия подали заявление о том, что кооператив им не вернул то, что и не должен был вернуть. Потерпевших 100 с лишним человек, притом что в кооперативе более 19 тыс. пайщиков, то есть капля в море, да и эти 100 не имеют юридически обоснованных претензий к кооперативу. Среди представленных следствием потерпевших есть и конкуренты бывшие пайщики, которые еще несколько лет назад вышли из Бест Вей и создали альтернативный кооператив Вера.

Следователи обосновывают арест счетов тем, что деньги могут украсть, хотя они же сами как минимум участвуют во вполне криминальном использовании чужих денег, уже год не давая пайщикам ни приобрести квартиру за счет средств, которые они скопили на счете в кооперативе, ни забрать деньги, при этом предоставляя возможность банкам. Следователи уже год дают возможность банкам пользоваться счетами почти на 4 млрд рублей, притом постоянно пополняющимися, так как большинство пайщиков продолжает вносить паевые и членские взносы.

Парадокс в том, что новая история обиженных дольщиков (в данном случае пайщиков) всероссийского масштаба возникла не из-за того, что у организации не оказалось средств для выполнения обязательств, а из-за того, что следственная группа лишила ее возможности пользования средствами и прямо блокирует выполнение обязательств перед пайщиками.

Адвокатам кооператива несколько раз удавалось добиться снятия арестов с активов кооператива, однако следователи и банки просто игнорируют решения судов. Потом, пользуясь высоким статусом следователей главка, заходят с новым ходатайством об аресте через кабинет судьи и без участия представителей кооператива, и активы снова арестовываются до следующей успешной апелляции адвокатов, после которой в дело вступают банки, по договоренности со следствием блокирующие счета в рамках процедур комплаенс, игнорируя решения судов.

Должностное преступление
Действия следственной группы не могут квалифицироваться иначе, как должностное преступление, так как в них прослеживается заинтересованность в уничтожении кооператива. Фактически они сами организуют преступление, которое якобы расследуют, целенаправленно разрушают кооператив, а не спасают пайщиков, не нуждающихся в их спасении и 15 февраля проводящих всероссийскую акцию в защиту своего кооператива от следственной группы.

Адвокаты подавали в Следственный комитет заявление о преступлении, но оно было положено под сукно.

К службе не годны
Отдельная тема вопиющая профнепригодность следственной группы. Иудичев в своих ответах на запросы ничтоже сумняшеся пишет, что Центральный банк признал кооператив финансовой пирамидой, хотя ЦБ, во-первых, не суд, чтобы делать такие признания, во-вторых, такого признания просто не было: утверждение не соответствует действительности.

ЦБ внес кооператив в так называемый предупредительный список, являющийся инструментом информирования потребителей финансовых услуг об организациях, работа с которыми чревата для граждан рисками, и решение о включении в этот список состоялось после возбуждения уголовного дела, скорее всего, как раз на основе информации о его возбуждении.

Любимая тема следственной группы якобы незаконность переименования кооператива из жилищного в потребительский: они не могут даже прочитать Жилищный кодекс, где черным по белому написано, что жилищный кооператив один из видов жилищного. И подобных примеров некомпетентности и выдумок в деятельности следователей масса.

В итоге мы имеем шитое белыми нитками дело, наносящее колоссальный ущерб тысячам пайщиков кооператива, среди которых преобладают малообеспеченные люди.

Возникают вопросы: не пора ли министру Колокольцеву разобраться со своими сотрудниками, не пора ли главе Следкома Бастрыкину обратить внимание на должностные преступления в соседнем ведомстве?

The board decided Trump’s appointee, Peter Marocco the de-facto acting leader of USAID, another agency Trump has targeted was not lawfully in the job, and they alerted Congress, the removed board member Ward Brehm’s lawsuit said.

Marocco still showed up at the fund’s headquarters with staffers of the Department of Government Efficiency on Wednesday afternoon. They “were denied access to those offices,” the lawsuit said. “Marocco and his colleagues threatened to return to the offices with United States Marshals and Secret Service.”

Briony Horgan, coinvestigator on the Perseverance rover mission and professor of planetary science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, called the detection “a big win for the whole team.” Horgan was not involved the study.
“This detection really confirms our hopes that sediments laid down in ancient watery environments on Mars could preserve a treasure trove of organic molecules that can tell us about everything from prebiotic processes and pathways for the origin of life, to potential biosignatures from ancient organisms,” Horgan said.

Dr. Ben K.D. Pearce, assistant professor in Purdue’s department of Earth, atmospheric, and planetary sciences and leader of the Laboratory for Origins and Astrobiology Research, called the findings “arguably the most exciting organic detection to date on Mars.” Pearce did not participate in the research.

“What is the national security adviser doing in Greenland? The only purpose is to demonstrate power over us,” Egede said. “His mere presence in Greenland will no doubt fuel American belief in Trump’s mission and the pressure will increase.”

Trump claimed on Monday that people in Greenland have responded warmly to the US’s recent interest in the territory. “They’re calling us. We’re not calling them. And we were invited over there,” he said.

“We’re dealing with a lot of people from Greenland that would like to see something happen with respect to them being properly protected and properly taken care of,” Trump told reporters following a meeting with his Cabinet.

“I think Greenland is going to be something that maybe is in our future,” Trump added.

The president said he believes Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be traveling to Greenland too.

Trump’s idea to annex Greenland has thrown an international spotlight on the territory, which holds vast stores of rare earth minerals critical for high-tech industries, and has raised questions about the island’s future security as the US, Russia and China vie for influence in the Arctic. Широко разрекламированное МВД разбирательство по поводу крупнейшей в России пирамиды, связываемое следствием с компаниями Лайф-из-Гуд, Гермес Менеджмент и кооперативом Бест Вей, вышло на финишную прямую дело, которое вело ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области под кураторством со стороны Следственного департамента МВД, передано сначала в прокуратуру Санкт-Петербурга, а потом в Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга для рассмотрения по существу оно начнется 27 февраля.

Со всеми преступлениями и правонарушениями на этом пути, которых наберется не менее двух десятков, следователи МВД смогли выйти на скромную сумму 280 млн ущерба при 221 лице, признанном следствием потерпевшими. Однако у Гермес Менеджмент в России много десятков клиентов, которые довольны условиями и получаемым доходом, а у кооператива Бест Вей, незаконно признанного гражданским ответчиком по делу, около двух десятков тысяч пайщиков, подавляющее большинство из которых считает следствие МВД нарушителем своих прав, так как в результате действий следствия они лишены возможности приобрести подобранную недвижимость и лишены возможности вернуть вложения в кооператив. Следствие заблокировало счета кооператива и запрещает выплаты с них даже на основании судебных решений, не говоря уже о том, что оно запрещает выплаты налогов и заработной платы сотрудникам аппарата кооператива.

Следствие путем ареста имущества пытается захватить многомиллиардные активы: оно арестовало около 4 млрд рублей на счетах кооператива, пыталось восстановить арест недвижимости кооператива на 8 млрд рублей теперь эстафету у него приняла прокурорская группа из прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга и прокуратуры Приморского района Санкт-Петербурга. Плюс к этому следствие арестовало на 8 млрд личного имущества обвиняемых.

Фактически речь идет о том, чтобы отдать эти средства в руки группы мошенников, объявивших себя потерпевшими. Следственная группа, судя по всему, находится в сговоре с ними, о чем свидетельствуют, в частности, написанные как под копирку, с одинаковыми орфографическими ошибками заявления от этих потерпевших о возмещении морального ущерба по 1 млрд рублей каждое.

В первом, организационном заседании Приморского районного суда, предшествующем рассмотрению уголовного дела по существу, упоминание государственного обвинителя из прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга об этих заявлениях вызвало смех в зале: по судебной практике моральный ущерб на сумму свыше 100 тыс. рублей удовлетворяется судами в исключительных случаях. Но эти юридически ничтожные, по сути, заявления объявляются основанием для ареста имущества.

Жульничество с документами

Поток преступлений и правонарушений следствия не останавливался до самого последнего дня предварительного расследования. Они были совершены при потворстве людей из команды Колокольцева, требовавших результата любой ценой.

1 декабря Приморский районный суд вынужден был признать незаконным фактический отказ кооперативу Бест Вей в ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела, а также признал, что следствие грубо нарушило УПК, не объявив в установленном порядке о завершении следственных действий. Тем самым оно нарушило права всех гражданских истцов и ответчиков на ознакомление с материалами уголовного дела.

При рассмотрении жалобы адвоката кооператива в Приморском районном суде выяснилось, что следственная группа ГСУ, последний год формально руководимая замначальника ГСУ полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, а фактически, как и раньше, подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой, подделала документы (Винокуров был назначен в качестве крыши, тарана, поскольку ходатайства следственной группы в первый период расследования очень плохо проходили в судах).

Жалоба была подана адвокатом кооператива в июле, много раз ее рассмотрение откладывалось и состоялось в декабре. Уличенная адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, следственная группа составила письмо об удовлетворении ходатайства задним числом и попыталась представить дело так, что кооператив не получил письмо по своей вине. Очередная грубая работа, выявленная, как ни парадоксально, в том числе и с помощью системы электронного документооборота самого питерского главка МВД.

Свидетель вывел со счета "Виста", по его словам, 1 тыс. евро и 50 тыс. рублей. Для платежей предлагали "Пей Про": мол, не надо волноваться, будем выводить деньги, проходи верификацию. Потом у свидетеля появились сомнения, и он заявил, что хочет вывести деньги. Галлямовы, по его словам, начали всячески откладывать вывод, до тех пор, пока ЦБ не включил "Гермес" в предупредительный список.

Когда начались трудности, хотели через систему "Свифт" вывести, через "Тинькофф" но это не получилось: "Начали они просить, чтобы никто из клиентов не возмущался, начали говорить о регистрации на криптобирже "Бинанс" для дальнейшего вывода денег. Также я там зарегистрировался, но тоже ничего не получилось".

После этого Шахмин написал заявление в полицию. Всплывшие в ходе судебного заседания три личных кабинета в "Лайф-из-Гуд" и переводы ему на карту объяснить не смог.

Признанная потерпевшей Дорда была только клиентом "Гермеса". Подсудимых не знает.

"Узнала о компании в 2016 году при переезде из Москвы во Владимир. Рассказали консультанты Адрианова и Волюшко, которые занимались страхованием жизни. Рассказывали и о ПК "Бест Вей", но мне это было неинтересно. Адрианова знала, что я продала квартиру и денежки у меня есть. Зная это, консультант целенаправленно решила затащить в компанию "Гермес". И я стала очередной жертвой. Мне сказали, что Андрианова занималась гипнозом. Отношения дружеские были до 2021 года. Андрианова была вхожа в дом, знакома с мужем. Деньги передавала Андриановой. Было открыто три счета" рассказала Дорда. Признанная потерпевшей утверждает, что деньги ни разу не снимала.

Признанная следствием потерпевшей Шайхулина (допрошенная по ВКС с Самарой) клиент компании "Гермес". Из подсудимых знает Виктора Ивановича Василенко и Наливана.

"Первый договор с "Гермесом" заключила в 2019 году, второй в 2021 году. Внесла 1 тыс. евро. Договоры скачивала с кабинета, отдала наличными 70 тыс. руб. В личный кабинет сама заходить могла, но переводить не было возможности. Обещали плавающий процент от 20% в год. Второй счет открыла на 1 тыс. евро. Переводила частным лицам небольшие суммы. Деньги на счету появлялись согласно переводам. Без помощи консультанта Духнова выводить не получалось. "Гермес" свои обязательства исполнял, начисляли проценты, ажио брали. Я сама не вникала, но видела, что каждый месяц начисления были. В кабинет заходила раз в месяц. В последний раз в кабинет заходила накануне заявления в органы. Потом его заблокировали", говорит она.

"С официальной претензией в "Гермес" обращалась, в поддержку писала. Ответили, что ведутся работы, скоро откроют. Актов сверки с "Гермесом" нет у меня, в гражданско-правовом порядке за возвратом денег не обращалась, ни с какими юристами не общалась. Наткнулась на канал в интернете там был совет писать заявление в правоохранительные органы", добавляет она.

Заявляет общую сумму ущерба в 2 430 430 руб.: "Я взяла кредит, плачу теперь проценты, поэтому эту сумму процентов хочу получить". При этом в материалах уголовного дела фигурирует сумма в 1 650 000 руб. ущерба.

Шайхуллина поясняет, что "забыла про 800 тыс., так как мне карту перевели 900 тыс. Духнов сказал: "Они у тебя будут лежать, давай обратно внесем", и я внесла 850 тыс. где-то. Я только что вспомнила про 800 тыс.".

“Microdischarges between obviously charged water microdroplets make all the organic molecules observed previously in the Miller-Urey experiment,” Zare said. “We propose that this is a new mechanism for the prebiotic synthesis of molecules that constitute the building blocks of life.”

However, even with the new findings about microlightning, questions remain about life’s origins, he added. While some scientists support the notion of electrically charged beginnings for life’s earliest building blocks, an alternative abiogenesis hypothesis proposes that Earth’s first amino acids were cooked up around hydrothermal vents on the seafloor, produced by a combination of seawater, hydrogen-rich fluids and extreme pressure.

Researchers identified salt minerals in the Bennu samples that were deposited as a result of brine evaporation from the asteroid’s parent body. In particular, they found a number of sodium salts, such as the needles of hydrated sodium carbonate highlighted in purple in this false-colored image salts that could easily have been compromised if the samples had been exposed to water in Earth’s atmosphere.

The wrecks of explosives-laden Nazi ships sunk in the Danube River during World War II have emerged near Serbia’s river port town of Prahovo, after a drought in July and August that saw the river’s water level drop.

Four vessels dating from before 1950 have also come to light in Hungary’s Danube-Drava National Park near Mohacs, where the Danube’s water level stood at only 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) on Tuesday, the lingering effect of severe heat waves and persistent drought in July and August.

The vessels revealed in Prahovo were among hundreds scuttled along the Danube by Nazi Germany’s Black Sea fleet in 1944 as they retreated from advancing Soviet forces, destroying the ships themselves. The wrecks can hamper river traffic during low water levels.
Strewn across the riverbed, some of the ships still have turrets, command bridges, broken masts and twisted hulls, while others lie mostly submerged under sandbanks.

Endre Sztellik, a guard at the Danube-Drava national park, said of one of the ships, “we still don’t know what this is exactly. What is visible and an unfortunate fact is that the wreck is diminishing as people are interested in it and parts of it are going missing.”
The Danube stood at 1.17 meters (3.8 feet) in Budapest on Tuesday, which compares with an all-time record low of around 0.4 meters (1.3 feet) registered in October 2018. During floods, the Danube rises well above 6 meters (19.7 feet).

“Eastern Europe is experiencing critical drought conditions that are affecting crops and vegetation,” the European climate service Copernicus said on its website in its latest drought report, published earlier this month.
